Exchange Policy

  • All sale items (including orders placed with discount codes) and Mystery Box orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We currently only support exchanges within the United States.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

PAWTY THINGS must authorize and approve all exchanges prior to return. Please contact us by email at to request an exchange authorization within 7 days of the order's delivery date. Additionally, exchanges must be returned with a valid tracking number and sufficient insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any exchanges received that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of PAWTY THINGS


Exchange Instructions

Exchanges from the U.S. should be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Exchanges shipped with other services than USPS may incur brokerage fees, which will be deducted from your return at the discretion of PAWTY THINGS. 

Exchange Process Instructions:

  • Please email the Customer Care team at to request an exchange authorization within 7 days of the order's delivery date.
  • Please include your Order Number, Item(s) to Exchange, and Reason for the Exchange in your email.
  • PAWTY THINGS will provide by email the exchange authorization and the exchange address to send your returned item(s).
  • The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs - including the item(s) to be returned and replacement item(s) from PAWTY THINGS.
  • Tracking number for the returned item(s) is required to be provided from the buyer to PAWTY THINGS.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
